The noise barriers can be made from metal, concrete or PC materials, and are widely used to reduce noise from traffic, equipment, and factories for a quieter surrounding environment. They are also used to reduce noise from railways, highways, and other urban landscapes.Structure
Our sound barriers are produced using steel H beams and sound absorption materials. The steel H beam is the primary component for support, and is attached using bolts or a welding process on the road barrier wall or the side of an embedded steel plate. As the main noise reduction component, the sound absorption panel is attached using a strong spring clip on the beam groove. Taking into consideration the surrounding environment of the railway, subway or highway, this fencing is designed to be corrosion resistant, easy to transport and install, and features a long service life.
The sound barrier height options range from 1 to 5 meters. Covering an effective area, the noise reduction range from 10 to 15 db (A) (125HZ-40000HZ, 1/3 octave), all the way up to 20db (A). Traditionally, the larger the sound barrier in terms of height and distance, the better the noise reduction.
1. Excellent acoustic insulation performance: the average acoustic insulation level should not be less than 35db.
2. High sound absorption coefficient: the average sound absorption coefficient amount should not be less than 0.84.
